Jobs Bill unanimously approved by Senate Committee, just not Obama’s

The Environment and Public Works committee approved an infrastructure repair bill on a unanimous vote. The bill has been promoted as a “jobs” bill, just not the one that President Obama has been promoting across the country. In fact, this bill would ramp up hiring and spending faster than Obama’s bill. And unlike the last highway bill, this one has no earmarks.

So much for the do-nothing congress that Obama is railing against. Maybe the President will veto this bill because it interferes with his campaign narrative.
