Will the Euro ultimately fail?

That is the opinion of Liam Halligan in The Telegraph. He argues that the Eurozone should lose Greece and Portugal in order to save itself. This may not be possible without destroying the entire project. It may result in alliances between some former Euro partners that set the stage for revolution in countries that are left behind. Like it or not, the Euro partners are stuck with each other. This inconvenient marriage must survive in order to secure Europe’s peaceful future.
